Left from a teardown of an old Systron Donner spectrum analyzer I salvaged this Avantek ASF-8368M Yig Tuned Oscillator, designed to be tunable in the range from 2 to 4.1 GHz. Systron Donner refers to this unit as part number 4809 BK.
Conveniently, this one needs only a +15V power supply, no negative gate bias. The heater was connected to a 22V power rail in the analyzer.
